Engine-room Resource Management (ERM) Training

Engineer officers and chief engineers must complete Engine-room Resource Management (ERM) courses and have their certificates entered in their seafarer's books.

Who can attend the course?

All engineer officers may attend our courses. ERM training consists of 3 days of classroom theory and 2 days of practical training on an engine simulator.

How long is the course?

These courses last 5 days. Training starts regularly every Monday, with classes held from 09:00 to 15:30.
